ShopAtHome receives a commission from Stores when our members make a qualified purchase after clicking from our site to the Store’s site. We share our commission with you in the form of Cash Back.
To ensure your purchases qualify for Cash Back, the following requirements must be met:
Cash Back purchases can be seen in your My Cash Back account under Unpaid Cash Back. Once you have been paid by ShopAtHome for a purchase, the order will appear in Paid Cash Back under the month the payment was made.
It may be too soon
Most purchases credit 7-10 business days of your order ship date.
You made a Travel purchase
Travel purchases are eligible for Cash Back after travel has been completed, and may not appear in your account until 90 days from your completed travel date.
You do not have a ShopAtHome Activity ID on the date of purchase
If you do not have an Activity ID on the date of purchase, your order will not qualify for cash back. Activity IDs show that you clicked from our site to a Store site. You can view your list of Activity IDs by clicking My Activity IDs from your My Cash Back page.
Your order does not qualify for Cash Back
Only qualified purchases that meet the requirements listed under “What purchases qualify for Cash Back?” are eligible.

Here’s how to receive a payment from ShopAtHome:
Payments are scheduled when Qualified Cash Back from your purchases totals $20 (some Rewards are not considered Qualified Cash Back – please see our Terms and Conditions for more information). Payments are made 60 days after the last day of the month in which your Qualified Cash Back Rewards reach $20, which allows for returns and adjustments. Please note that you must input and verify valid payment information no later than the 20th of the month for which you become eligible for payment.
We schedule payments on the last day of each month… so when you ShopAtHome enough, you could get a payment every month!

When you qualify for payout, an email will be sent to your verified email address from firstname.lastname@example.org informing you that payout has been made to your PayPal account. You’ll receive this email within 7 days of the payout date.

You will see an adjustment in your account if a Store removes ShopAtHome’s credit for a purchase. This disqualifies the purchase.

Unfortunately, yes. Stores deduct ShopAtHome’s credit when you return or exchange part or all of an order.
ShopAtHome offers Cash Back Rewards and Promotional Rewards. Cash Back Rewards are credits made to Members’ accounts from purchases at Affiliate Stores that result from any interaction with a ShopAtHome.com Product (like our website, the Savings Button and our smartphone/tablet applications).
Below is a brief description of Rewards and the related rules. Please see our Terms and Conditions for additional information. Also, note that all capitalized terms below are defined in these same Terms and Conditions.
Most cash back is Qualified Cash Back, which is a Cash Back Reward generated by a Qualified Purchase (see the FAQ for “What purchases qualify for cash back?” under “cash back questions”). This cash is posted to your account once a purchase confirmation is received by ShopAtHome. Once you have at least $20 in Qualified Cash Back in your account, a payment will be scheduled. The payment will be made approximately 60 days after the last day of the month during which you reach the $20 minimum.
Some cash back is Non-Qualified Cash Back. This is a Cash Back Reward generated by a purchase that did not involve an Outclick from shopathome.com or clicking on an interactive feature of the Savings Button. Non-Qualified Cash Back may have different terms than Qualified Cash Back, such as the percent of the purchase amount awarded to the customer; and Non-Qualified Cash Back does not count toward the $20 minimum of Qualified Cash Back required for ShopAtHome to schedule a payment per the schedule above.
We also provide our Members with Promotional Rewards. These are Rewards like a sign-up bonus, a referral bonus, or select ShopAtHome promotions like “extra cash back” or “buy more save more”. These do not count toward the $20 minimum in Qualified Cash Back; and are included in a Payment scheduled when the user reaches the $20 Qualified Cash Back minimum. ShopAtHome may reverse both Promotional Rewards and Non-Qualified Cash Back in some circumstances should the customer not have a Qualifying Purchase in a specific period of time.
Lastly, it costs ShopAtHome money to maintain Members accounts. As such, we deactivate dormant accounts; and we consider accounts to be dormant after 12 consecutive months without a qualifying purchase. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information surrounding our policy regarding dormant accounts.

So we can send you your payment when you earn Cash Back. Even for electronic payments we need your address for security and to verify your account.
ShopAtHome issues one member account per email address. If you are receiving an error that your email is not available, you likely already have an account registered to that email.
To reset the password on your account and use your account, go to the login screen and click “Forgot Password?” or contact Customer Service.
If you are not receiving our emails with your password reset link, please check your email to ensure it is correct, then check your junk mail folder.
Email verification is a security measure to ensure we can provide you with important account notifications and pay you when Cash Back is due.
