ShopAtHome receives a commission from Stores when our members make a qualified purchase after clicking from our site to the Store’s site. We share our commission with you in the form of Cash Back.

To ensure your purchases qualify for Cash Back, the following requirements must be met:

You must be logged into your ShopAtHome account.
ShopAtHome must offer Cash Back for the Store where you want to shop, and the items you buy, on the date you shop. (Check the Store’s page on our site for Cash Back details and terms)
You must link to the Store’s site by clicking from ShopAtHome or by activating Cash Back through the Savings Button.
All items must be added to your shopping cart at the Store immediately after clicking from ShopAtHome and within the same session; and you must go through ShopAtHome each time you make a new purchase with a Store.
You must have Cookies enabled in your browser.
You can only use coupons offered by ShopAtHome and only those that show a Cash Back offer. Using coupons from another source will disqualify your purchase (e.g., sent in a Store email or direct mail, listed on other coupon or Cash Back sites, or listed on without a Cash Back offer).
Your payment to the Store must be valid when purchase made. If invalid or you update payment information later, the purchase will not credit to ShopAtHome and will not qualify.

Purchases made by resellers and/or bulk buyers are not eligible for Cash Back, and do not qualify for Extra Cash Back, Special Events, or Bonus Offers.

Cash Back purchases can be seen in your My Cash Back account under Unpaid Cash Back. Once you have been paid by ShopAtHome for a purchase, the order will appear in Paid Cash Back under the month the payment was made.

It may be too soon

Most purchases credit 7-10 business days of your order ship date.

You made a Travel purchase

Travel purchases are eligible for Cash Back after travel has been completed, and may not appear in your account until 90 days from your completed travel date.

You do not have a ShopAtHome Activity ID on the date of purchase

If you do not have an Activity ID on the date of purchase, your order will not qualify for cash back. Activity IDs show that you clicked from our site to a Store site. You can view your list of Activity IDs by clicking My Activity IDs from your My Cash Back page.

Your order does not qualify for Cash Back

Only qualified purchases that meet the requirements listed under “What purchases qualify for Cash Back?” are eligible.

The most common reasons purchases do not qualify are:

  1. You visit an Affiliate Store site without clicking through, a ShopAtHome email, or without activating cash back from the ShopAtHome Savings Button. This could include clicking through a search engine, blog, or any other site with a link to the Store.
  2. Your click from was not the last click to the Store’s site before you made your purchase.
  3. You type a new web site address (URL) in the window opened after clicking through ShopAtHome.
  4. You allow too much time to lapse between clicking to the Store’s site and finalizing your purchase. Waiting more than an hour may disqualify your purchase.
  5. You contacted the Store to change your order (e.g., order cancellation, order exchange, billing changes, size, color or quantity changes, etc.).
  6. You applied a coupon or discount (including vouchers from Groupon, LivingSocial, Google Offers etc.) to your purchase that you did not get from ShopAtHome or did not show a Cash Back offer. Where you get the coupon or discount is considered the source of the referral, even when you click through ShopAtHome.
  7. Your purchase did not meet the Cash Back Terms (listed on the Store’s page on

Here’s how to receive a payment from ShopAtHome:

  • Earn $20 or more in qualified Cash Back
  • Provide and verify your mailing address and email address
  • Select a Payment Method

Payments are scheduled when eligible Cash Back from your purchases totals $20 (bonuses do not count as Cash Back). Payments are made for these purchases two months after the order date to allow for returns and adjustments.

We schedule payments on the last day of each month… so when you ShopAtHome enough, you could get a payment every month!

Here’s an example of a payment:

Select a Payout Method by visiting My Profile in your Account Settings. Please confirm your email address and provide your mailing address to receive your payment. (see ‘When will I get paid?’ for payment schedule information).

There are three Payout Methods available:

  • Gift Cards: If you choose this option you will receive your Cash Back payment in the form of an Gift Card, which will be sent by Amazon to the email address you’ve provided to Please follow the instructions in the email to redeem your Gift Card on
    • Note: If you do not receive your email within 3 days of the expected payout date, please check your spam folders.
    • If you still can’t find the email in your spam folders, please click here
  • PayPal: If you choose this option you will receive your Cash Back payment as a PayPal payment, which will be sent by PayPal to the email address you’ve provided to Please follow the instructions in the email to claim your PayPal payment.
    • If you do not receive your payment, please check your spam folders, or simply log in to your PayPal accoung to view the payment.
    • If you do not have a PayPal account, you can accept the payment by clicking Sign Up at the top right of any PayPal web page. You must create a PayPal account to accept the payment. Please do so within 30 days or the amount will no longer be available.
    • If you create a new account and the email address you use for ShopAtHome is different from the email address you use for PayPal, please add the ShopAtHome email address to your PayPal account in your PayPal Account Settings.

  • Mail a Check: If you choose this option a check will be sent to the mailing address you’ve provided to


To select Amazon Gift Card as your payment method, please do the following:

  • Go to “My Profile”
  • Click to select “ Gift Card”
  • Click “Confirm Email”
  • Check your email account for an email to verify your email address
  • Verify your email address
  • Verify your mailing address

When you qualify for payout, an email will be sent to your verified email address from with your Amazon Gift Card code. You’ll receive your code within 7 days from the payout date.

To select PayPal as your payment method, please do the following:

  • Go to “My Profile”
  • Click to select “PayPal”
  • Click “Confirm Email”
  • Check your email account for an email to verify your email address
  • Verify your email address
  • Verify your mailing address

When you qualify for payout, an email will be sent to your verified email address from informing you that payout has been made to your PayPal account. You will see an adjustment in your account if a Store removes ShopAtHome’s credit for a purchase. This disqualifies the purchase.

Reasons why your order may be removed:

  • Your order was returned or cancelled
  • Your order was changed with the Store directly (e.g., payment issues, updates, corrections, items added to your order, items exchanged, etc.).

Unfortunately, yes. Stores deduct ShopAtHome’s credit when you return or exchange part or all of an order.

An Activity ID tracks a click to a Store site from the ShopAtHome site or Savings Button. It only confirms a click, not a purchase. You can view your list of Activity IDs by clicking My Activity IDs from your My Cash Back page.

To create your free member account, click here and enter a valid email address and password.

So we can send you your payment when you earn Cash Back. Even for electronic payments we need your address for security and to verify your account.

ShopAtHome issues one member account per email address. If you are receiving an error that your email is not available, you likely already have an account registered to that email.

To reset the password on your account and use your account, go to the login screen and click “Forgot Password?” or contact Customer Service.

If you are not receiving our emails with your password reset link, please check your email to ensure it is correct, then check your junk mail folder.

Email verification is a security measure to ensure we can provide you with important account notifications and pay you when Cash Back is due.

You can edit your email preferences by logging into your ShopAtHome account, and clicking on Email Notifications in the left navigation.

The Savings Button is an add-on that you install in your browser. It provides you with deal codes (even at checkout), deal alerts, and Cash Back savings when you shop online. Learn more.

Cookies allow for the efficient navigation of Web sites, and our site to recognize you when you visit us. You must have your cookies turned on in order for your qualified purchases to track and earn Cash Back. With the exception of Safari, your browser should automatically accept cookies unless you have turned cookies off.
