This company does not have any on-line access to your account to verify shipment or bank debit dates. The only customer service that they have is an 800 number utilizing a third party service. They do not send any notification of shipment date or bank withdrawel date. When calling they only provide two fax numbers to submit a written complaint. I have been faxing both numbers for eight days and they are always busy. When calling to ask how both fax numbers can always be busy, they stated they were gettinga supervisor. Same person came back to phone and stated a supervisor wil be returning my call shortly. That was five days ago. They are putting me off until I give up. I'm not going to give up, and they are going to refund my money or I will be posting these reviews everywhere that gives me the opportunity as well as filing with the Better Business Bureau.
