Ive been with Tracfone for almost 10 years now and Ive continuesly been very satisfied 100% with them.
I am very happy with my purchase of a new phone and the customer service to help me activate and keep current number/minutes/service.
I'm not sure I would go through tracfone if I were to do it all over again. First of all, when I called NOBODY spoke english. It was frustrating trying to understand their accents & having to ask them to repeat words. This is america! On one occasion they called me saying they couldn't get my serial number to go through. They kept me on-line for over an hour trying to fix it. They continually kept telling me I was telling them the numbers incorrectly. Finally, a manager got on the line saying that the phone call was an accident & I never should have been called.
They did fix the problems eventually & did apologize, but it was just annoying.
I am also confused about units. Why not use minutes?
