Well, my experience buying at Tommy is the worst. Apart from the first order I had problems in all of them (about 5 from DEC last year to MARCH this year. This brand is very popular in Brazil and I had a couple of family members asking me to buy them a couple of things. They made me call every single time (sometimes more than once for the same order) for some sort of anti-fraud steps which delayed the shipping on an average of 5 - 7 days every time. Once, their customer service phone did not work for 4 days, because they were overly busy (the excuse!). Another time the website wouldn't let me place my order and I was told they would fix the problem and call me so I could place it, which I am still waiting !! After this, I had my 2 last orders CANCELLED (tried twice) for a list of reasons that did not fit my purchase. They said if I felt the cancellation was a mistake to replace the order, and it happened again (2 shirts in the cart). I felt disrespected and emailed their customer service, and OF COURSE, never heard from them. Save your money and time for a GREAT shopping experience and a store that really appreciate your business, instead of treating you like they are doing you a favor for selling their brand !!! TERRIBLE !!!!!!! I am no longer a customer !
