I recently made another purchase from Sears online, often purchase in store in Halifax, but this is Christmas and it is a busy time. No where did was I invited to use a discount coupon with my order. When I picked up my order at the nearest Sears outlet store, to my disappointment, the store offered discounts with a code number. I attempted to use this by making a phone call to Sears Customer Service but found out that I was one cent short of my discount. I had ordered two separate orders. This was very disappointing, and therefore, I am discouraged from ordering online again. I praise the local store and their sales staff. However, online ordering with Sears is risky.
Solution - offer the same discount online and make it easy to find.
I am a long time customer of Sears.
