If your order is less than 30 days old…..

Most Merchants let us know of your order within 30 days of your purchase. If your order date is less than 30 days ago, please be patient. Let us know if you haven't seen your rebate once your order is one month old.

If your order is more than 30 days old…..

Most Merchants get back to us within 14 business days. We will contact you by email once we hear from the Merchant.

Some Merchants do not keep purchase records for cash back rewards beyond 60 days from date of purchase. Please make sure your request comes to us within that time frame. If your order was placed more than 60 days ago, we will do our best to find a resolution!
