ShopAtHome.com Twitter Sweepstakes

The ShopAtHome.com Twitter Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Belcaro Group, Inc. d/b/a ShopAtHome.com ("Sponsor"). Home Depot is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes.

Prizes:

Five (5) First Prizes:  $100.00 Gift Card from Home Depot

Nineteen (19) Second Prizes:  $5.00 credit to the winner's ShopAtHome account

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply; void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.  NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY:  The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals 18 years or older at time of entry, who are legal residents of the United States, who have a ShopAtHome.com account and who follow @shopathomewild on Twitter.  Employees of Belcaro Group, Inc. and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses and grandparents), and those living with any of the foregoing are not eligible.

TO ENTER:  To enter, you must "Retweet" to your followers the Special Daily Tweet which will be posted by ShopAtHome on all weekdays (which shall consist of Monday through Friday) between November 23, 2009 and December 24, 2009 (the "Contest Period"). You will receive a second bonus entry for each day during the Contest Period in which you fan ShopAtHome on Facebook and  direct message the following words on Twitter "@shopathomewild I am a Facebook Fan" in addition to "Retweeting" the Special Daily Tweet. You must send your "Retweet" (and if you chose to be eligible for a bonus entry, fan ShopAtHome and direct message) prior to 3:00 pm MST of a particular day to be eligible to be a winner for that day's drawing.

WINNER SELECTION:  After 3 pm MST of each weekday of the Contest Period, a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted under Sponsor's supervision. The First Prizes will be awarded on five random weekdays during the Contest Period. The Second Prizes will be awarded on each of the other weekdays of the Contest Period. Potential winners will be notified by 5 pm MST via a direct message on Twitter and will have 24 hours to respond by providing the email address affiliated with their ShopAtHome account.  Any potential winner who does not meet the eligibility requirements will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

PRIZE AWARDS:  Prizes will be awarded within 30 days after winner verification. No prize substitution or transfer is permitted. All taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner.

GENERAL RULES & LIMITATIONS: Entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to use each winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness, photograph, biographical and prize information for print publication, online posting, and any other promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release Sponsor, Home Depot and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void.  Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures, or other errors or problems which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, typographical, printing, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of prizes, or that may limit prize fulfillment or a participant's ability to enter the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired or if the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Sponsor. In such event, winners will be selected from all valid entries received up to that point in time.  Sponsor is not liable for lost, stolen, misdirected or late entries.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees and you hereby waive all right to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the prizes, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
