Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher for Windows:

The ShopAtHome.com Browser App was created to ensure that you maximize your Cash Back Rebates every time you shop online, even if you forget to come to our site first. When you download the browser extension, our site will recognize when you go to a store and determine whether there are Cash Back Rebates and/or coupons available. If there are Cash Back Rebates and/or coupons available, you will see an alert in the Browser App and/or "slider" in an information bar between the Browser App and the webpage. You will then need to click on the alert or slider which will take you to the ShopAtHome.com store's page on our site where you will find postings for the available Cash Back Rebates and/or coupons. By clicking on any link on this page, you will be eligible for the available Cash Back Rebates and/or coupons even if you forget to go through our site first!

ShopAtHome.com wants to help you step up your savings and get Cash Back on purchases from your favorite stores. In fact, we receive a commission from retailers on purchases made through traffic sent from our site, so we share a portion of that commission back to you in the form of Cash Back rewards.

To ensure your purchases are eligible to receive Cash Back rewards, please confirm that these requirements are met and follow the steps below:

  1. You must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. You must be a legal resident of and maintain a physical home address in the United States or Canada.
  3. ShopAtHome.com is displaying a Cash Back offer for the store where you want to shop.
  4. You must link to a Cash Back store site by clicking from ShopAtHome.com or by clicking the Browser Savings App or Savings Add-On sliders or alerts.
  5. You must be logged into your ShopAtHome.com account before clicking to a store site.
  6. You must add items to your store shopping cart immediately after clicking from ShopAtHome.com.
  7. You must return to ShopAtHome.com and click to the store site between each separate order. Each click from ShopAtHome.com applies to one purchase. That means that if you have completed the entire purchase process and need place another order, come back to ShopAtHome.com first to re-establish tracking and enable Cash Back.
  8. Your purchase must meet the Cash Back Guidelines listed on ShopAtHome.com. If you have questions on what earns Cash Back from a particular store, visit their store page on ShopAtHome.com and click "Cash Back Guidelines" under "HOW DOES THIS WORK?" in the left column of the store page.
  9. You must have cookies enabled on your web browser.
  10. You must only use coupons offered by ShopAtHome.com and only those that specifically state "with rewards." Using coupons from any other source, including those sent in a store email or direct mail offer, those listed on other coupon or Cash Back sites, or those listed on ShopAtHome.com that do not state "with rewards" will disqualify your purchase for Cash Back eligibility.
  11. Your payment to the store must be valid. If the payment is not valid and the store contacts you to update the payment information, the purchase will not credit to ShopAtHome.com and will not be eligible for Cash Back.

Still having trouble? Below is a list of common mistakes that could occur. Reasons why you will not get a Cash Back reward from ShopAtHome.com include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. You visit a store site where ShopAtHome.com is not offering Cash Back.
  2. You visit a store site without going through ShopAtHome.com or without clicking the Browser Savings App or Savings Add-On sliders or alerts.
  3. You complete multiple purchase transactions without returning to ShopAtHome.com and clicking to the store site. When you complete a purchase, the tracking is no longer valid for additional, separate orders. You must go back through ShopAtHome.com and begin the process in between each separate order.
  4. You type a new web site address (URL) in the window opened after clicking through ShopAtHome.com.
  5. Your click from ShopAtHome.com was not the last outclick to the store site. This may happen if you go to a store's website and then afterwards visit their site from another site prior to purchase, or if you click to the store site from a search engine. The last recorded outclick is attributed with the referral of your purchase.
  6. You click on any links that take you to a store site that are not on ShopAtHome.com. This includes, but is not limited to, search engine links, blog site links, links displayed in your e-mail inbox, links in an e-mail not received from ShopAtHome.com, or any "special offers" or Browser Apps from other websites.
  7. You allow too much time to lapse between clicking to the store site and finalizing your purchase. Remember - tracking is sometimes only valid for about an hour. If you're unsure whether or not your tracking is still valid, visit ShopAtHome.com once more before completing your purchase.
  8. You contact the store to change an order in any way, even when correcting a store mistake on a purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, order cancellation, order exchange, billing changes, etc.
  9. You do not adhere to restrictions imposed by a store.
  10. The store does not track your purchase back to ShopAtHome.com for any reason. ShopAtHome.com only pays Cash Back rewards when a store tracks a purchase back to our site and pays ShopAtHome.com commission for the transaction.
  11. You applied a coupon or discount to your purchase that was not associated with ShopAtHome.com and/or did not specifically state "with rewards." The source of the coupon or discount is considered the source of the referral, even when you go through ShopAtHome.com.
  12. You used a voucher like Groupon, LivingSocial or Google Offers, etc. The source of the voucher is considered the source of the referral for your purchase, even when you go through ShopAtHome.com.
  13. The item you purchased was excluded for Cash Back in the Cash Back guidelines.

At ShopAtHome.com, we understand how important Cash Back rewards are to our members. We work closely with our Affiliate Stores to ensure that all purchases are posted to our member's accounts in a timely manner. If you do not see your purchase credited to your account within seven (7) business days* please submit a Missing Cash Back form.

*(EXCEPTION: Travel purchases, other than airline only purchases, are not credited until after travel is complete. Please notify us if you do not see a credit to your account within sixty (60) days of the completion of your travel.)

Cash Back reward checks are issued at the end of each month for Cash Back rewards earned by the end of the month, sixty (60) days prior. If you did not reach the $20 Cash Back rewards payout minimum, your rewards will roll over into the next month until you reach the $20 minimum by the Cash Back "earned date" for a given payout period.

Example: to receive a Cash Back rewards check on the 7/31 payout date, you must accumulate $20 in Cash Back rewards on purchases made through 5/31. Please consult the Cash Back payout schedule in the "My Cash Back" account setting for additional information.

Stores share your purchase information with us to ensure Cash Back rewards are credited properly. Stores generally deduct credit for an order due to one of the following:

  • Your order was returned or canceled.
  • The order was finalized over the phone or via live chat with the store directly.
  • Your order was changed in any way with the store directly, including but not limited to, payment issues, updates, changes or corrections, items added to your order or merchandise exchange.
  • A non-ShopAtHome.com coupon or discount code was applied to the purchase, including a coupon received directly from the store. Coupons or discount codes that are not obtained through ShopAtHome.com and that do not specifically state “plus Cash Back” may disqualify an order for Cash Back rewards.
  • A voucher from places like Groupon or Google Offers was applied to your order. The source of the voucher is considered the source of the referral for your purchase, even when you purchase through ShopAtHome.com

Yes, as long as the coupon is listed on ShopAtHome.com and specifically states “with rewards.” You will not receive Cash Back rewards from when a coupon or discount that is not associated with ShopAtHome.com and does not specifically state “with rewards” is used, even if you purchase through ShopAtHome.com. The source of the coupon or discount is credited for referring your order. This includes applying coupons you receive directly from the store.

Returned orders are accepted according to each individual Affiliate Store's return policy. If you return an order, your Cash Back rewards for that specific purchase will be deducted from your account if it has already been credited.

Unfortunately, no. When you return an item purchased the store will deduct ShopAtHome.com’s credit and your Cash Back reward will be adjusted in your account. If you cancel the order, then re-order the correct item through ShopAtHome.com as a Qualified Purchase, you’re the reorder will qualify for Cash Back.

We keep track of your Cash Back rewards through your ShopAtHome.com member account, under your My Cash Back page. Cash Back rewards are credited to your account when an Affiliate Store reports your qualified purchase to ShopAtHome.com.

In many cases, Affiliate Stores report purchases within 1-2 business days; however, it can take as many as thirty (30) days depending on the Affiliate Store’s reporting policies. If you do not see your Cash Back reward in your account within seven (7) business days*, please complete a Missing Cash Back form and our Customer Service team will research your purchase with the Affiliate Store.

No. All you have to do is make a qualified purchase from a ShopAtHome.com Affiliate Store and we’ll credit the Cash Back rewards directly to your account. Review our FAQs for specific Cash Back reward features.

Each Track Back Number represents a click by you through your ShopAtHome.com account or through the Browser Savings App or Savings Add-On to an affiliate store. If a purchase has not credited to your ShopAtHome.com account, please check your list of Track Back Numbers, which can be found in your My Account under My Trackbacks. If there is no Track Back Number to the Affiliate Store on the date you made a purchase, the purchase did not go through your ShopAtHome.com account. If there is a Track Back Number, that number will assist us in researching the purchase. Please note; however, that while a Track Back Number confirms a click or Browser Savings App or Savings Add-On redirect to an affiliate store’s website, it does not confirm that a Qualified Purchase was made through that Track Back.

Travel purchases are eligible for Cash Back rewards once travel has been completed. If you do not receive your Cash Back rewards within 90 days of your completed travel date, please contact Customer Service with a copy of your receipt and ShopAtHome.com’s Customer Service will research your order.

Please note that merchants advise us that it can take up to 90 days from your completed travel date for your hotel, car rentals and cruise purchases to credit to your ShopAtHome.com account.
