WEN Cleansing Conditioner
Ad said it's suitable for ALL hair types--including fine and even oily. Well, it's not. It's going back. I am so disappointed. I mentioned the product on a Beauty Forum, and I found out everyone but ONE woman (a swimmer with coarse, curly hair) felt that WEN did not clean their hair, and left it oily looking. .

The shipping was amazingly fast, the products are fantastic, and I'm really excited about this product so far! My son keeps telling me how good my hair smells. . . there can't be any bigger compliment than that. .

Great Product
I am using the Wen product now, I have short dull boring (ugly) hair. Now it smells wonderful, really wonderful, feels nice, has body. I had one side that was so dry, now it is looking good. It took a few days to use just the right amount of styling cream and texture balm but today I feel like I look GREAT. No more stiff, dull old lady hair. I will give it a few more days before I give it a full five star rating. Thanks a million,.

So far so good
Been using about 2 weeks. It is pretty expensive. I have curly frizzy hair. I am happy that the frizz is minimal now but I am only 2 weeks in. I am using the sweet almond mint. I just talked to a Wen rep about needing so much he said you do use more in the begining. They Say you should give it 3 weeks. He also recomended the fig for curly frizzy hair so I will be trying that next. I like not having to use 2 products when cleaning my hair (shampoo & conditioner. I'm gonna keep using it. .

Wen Haircare, good product, not crazy about the store...
I love the product but I have to say I'm disappointed in the Ordering process. Confirmation emails are SLOW to arrive which provides for confusion if your order eve went through. . . Then when you call they tell you 72 hours you have to wait. . . Also, when I placed an additional order for product, I approved them to charge my card a specific aoun. . . only the order got split in different shipments an they tried to charge me shipping multiple times. They were quick to fix the issue but I had to call 3 times in just 2 days!.
