On 4/13 after seeing the sales price and rebates, we purchased a Westinghouse 46'' TV which after delivered, was found to be defective. After calling Westinghouse we called Tiger Direct. Maria arranged the return and delivery of another TV. while we are hoping the next TV will be prefect, we are hoping there wont be any issues with the rebate, but feel Tiger Direct will also help us with that if needed. .

Tiger Direct love to use some type of Switch and Bait tactics on many high end sales items. I purchase a computer for $499. 00 on Saturday Morning. The item was in stock and promise to be delivered in 2 days free shipping on Monday. Suddenly, the item is on backordered Monday Morning and price up to $549. 00. I called customer service, the Representative said sorry, it is on backorder. Would you like to switch to something else. His solution was for inferior computer for the $529. 00 probably with higher margin. I said No, I wait. It took 3 1/2 weeks to get the computer. Irony, the price went up to $579. 00 few days later. I decide to call customer service. I pretended I wanted to order 3 computers. The Customer Service Represent was glad to place my order. He even offer to ship computer next day at free shipping. We have 20 instock. They have the computer instock at higher price but not instock at lower price. They hope get you frustrated and cancel or change your order. TigerDirect is horrible. I did receive my order. Thank You ShopAtHome. cor the CAshback. At least, I get some of my money back. .
