I purchased from Ticketsnow twice. First time it was OK. The second time, when I had to purchase just one more ticket to opera La Sonnambula, as an addition to my previous purchase, I used same email address that couldn't offer me a $17. 00 discount (that I didn't remember). But, even though, their on-line purchasing procedure had to remind me about it. A $17. 00 discount has been shown during entire purchasing procedure, i. e. : Total = 17. 00(ticket price)+5. 00(service charge)+14. 95(Fedex delivery) -17. 00(discount) = $19. 95 expected price. But when I printed my credit card and clicked, the system, instead of giving me final chance to review my purchase, finalized it, removing this discount, and final price had become: $36. 95!!! I immediately called to customer service, but they said that the purchase was final, w/o any adjustment or refund. I opened a claim with BBB regarding this absolutely inappropriate sale practice. It's a shame!!! I would never recommend this company to other potential shoppers.
