I found a duvet cover, and purchased it with a coupon. They Company store would not let me use a coupon and the free shipping promise that they had advertised on their website, which I was unhappy about. So I used my coupon and it was accepted at checkout and paid full price for shipping. I was sent a confirmation email confirming the price that I planned on paying. (including the coupon discount). But when The Company Store charged my card they took off the coupon and added $20 with out letting me know. The customer service was NO HELP, and said there was nothing they would do to correct the problem. I returned the product and I am still waiting for my refund! It is not ok to tell a customer one price and then charge their card something different! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!.
