i got it for free.

I have been with T-Mobile for 12 years and they were great up until this last year. In May, due to identity fraud, my payment bounced. They sent the notice to an address that I lived in 7 years ago. They send me text mesages for EVERYTHING else- but HERE they dropped the ball. Then when I tried to pay them- they billed me over $200. 00 every 2 days! I used to get a person, now it's all automated. I found out they have set up 3 accounts for me- my number hasn't changed in 6 years but as of last year they were billing to 3 accounts and ruining my credit when I wasn't paying- how could I pay when I wasn't getting bills for two numbers that don't exsist!!! I hope they get their act together soon!.

for the person that said they call 611 and it hangs up on you if you do not say anything. . . just say CUSTOMER SERVICE. . . . you would think after being a loyal on time paying customer for 14 yrs that T Mobile would appreciate my business. . . . NOT. . . . . to many issues with receptin, and service and as a travel nurse I depend on my cell service. . . . . time for a BIG change.

I've had TMobile for many years. No problems with the phones, some problems with reception on road trips. Added 2 lines in March for a total of 3. The sales person who added the 3rd line set it up as a separate acct. When we took the new phones to the store to get the info transferred to the new phones, the salesperson set up the 3rd line. So then I started receiving separate bills (Up to $345 - which included a $200 cancellation fee for a line that they setup). TMobile refused to cancel/delete the new acct. After many hours on the phone with them, I finally went back to the store and said that if they couldn't help me, then I would go to the FCC. The manager called a supervisor in customer service and took care of it. .

It took me several times to put the order with help from an agent after chatting. But I do not why they shipped the phone not to my listed shipping address. The phone is OK but the speaker is not working very well. .

I love T-mobile except anytime I have to call for any service to their 611 number or even their 800 number. The voice machine asks all kinds of questions and won't put you through to customer service, then tells you it is going to hang up on you and does. I hate it and have complained a myriad of times, but nothing has changed.

not so much. . . I can't hear anyone when they call me . . . a lot of dropped calls. Other companies much better & LESS Expensive. .

i got aprove for 3 regular line with the bet phone that they have and the bet thing 00000 money down nothing and the bet plan i love tmobile.

I wished cases cae with phones. . or they give you a choice of one. .
