Return label didn't work
I sent a sweater and some pants back for a different size and the return label that Soft Surroundings sent to me wouldn't work. UPS said that ''the company has closed this account and this label will not work to send this box. '' That ***. You have great clothes and for the label not to work for me to send back items for a different size doesn't make me want to ever order from Soft Surroundings again. I ordered and received two orders so I have another UPS label that I will try to send this box back, but if it doesn't work, I will never order from your catalog again. .

Love their products
I've ordered a few things from Soft Surroundings. Their shipping is prompt, their products are great, and I am having to restrain myself from continuing to order - I don't really need anything more! I ordered a bathrobe that was so soft, I love to wear it all weekend if I can. I bought a sweater coat (they call it a 'topper') and it is just perfect for the current AZ temps. It has a little more wool content than I like, because it makes me a little itchy - but not enough to NOT wear it. I will continue to buy things from Soft Surroundings, no question. .

Soft Surroundings Shoe Purchase
I had to return two pairs of shoes. I brought what i thought was appropriate paperwork to UPS so shoes could be returned and I would only pay $6. 95. Turns out that I had wrong side of paperwork and had to pay $21 to return. Their receipts need to be more clear. Liked the pants I bought, however and everything else was prompt and well packed. .
