Don't deal with this company!!! I know almost all on-line scooter retailers have a bad rep for customer service but these people are BAD!!! Almost all of the on-line sites sell basicly the same machines with only slight differences in style, color, or pricing so I would take my chances with one of the others if I want a chinese scooter again. They were only helpful until they had my money and then they were on whole the rudest people IF you could even get them on the phone. They shipped my scooter without a battery and after over a month of trying I finally had to go buy one myself. It's not even the right one because they wouldn't even give me the information needed to find the right one for myself. So far since I got my battery the scooter is fine, but that's not there doing since they just ship them and you can get for all intents and purposes identical models from others. I am glad I got my scooter but warn you to try someone else if you want even the least after purchase service. If I could give a lower rating than one star I would. .
