Just a nice comment
After using Proactiv Solution I feel confident to go outside without makeup. I love to see myself in the mirror. I also bought Proactiv for my boyfriend. Cause I think it is the best way to keep your face skin clean. And the only product that works for me. I love it!.

Trying again
I tried this product line back in 1991. It dried my face so bad and bleached the color out of my washclothes. So far it has been a very different experience. My face is getting clearer a little each day and my washclothes still look the same. I will be trying some of their other products. Keeping my fingers crossed. .

Difficulty getting rebate/deal
I had to make multiple calls, e-mails and finally turned to an outside source before I could get Shop to honor the deal because Proactiv neglected to send me the proper coding required. When I called (and) e-mailed Proactiv no one in customer service even knew what Shop at Home is or the deal they partnered with them to deliver. Eventually I got resolution when I asked the Hip2Save blog founder Collin to intercede on my behalf, but I was just about at the end of my rope at that point. Poor execution and delivery all around. No longer do I automatically recommend folks to use Shop. Trust must be rebuilt. Proactiv folks are simply not to be trusted, ever, ever again. .

Decent but drying
I have skin that breaks out like I'm a teenager, but I'm in my 30's. I started using proactive in the summer and it was great, but as soon as the weather started to get cooler it was WAY to drying. I finally called it quits. :(.

Great Product but slow processing of my order.
The product itself is good but slow shipping. I am still waiting for this order to ship out, it has been over 10 days since I placed my order and I still havent received it or any confirmation that it has shipped. .
