Hard to review something you haven't received yet. I used two day shipping - a week and a half ago. I still haven't received my package. It is supposedly scheduled for delivery today. I wrote customer service and got ''we'll try to do better next time. '' :/ I love the store and the service in-store. This was my first time ordering from PetSmart online. I don't know if I'll be ordering from them again. .

I always threw away coupons this way is so much easier and I can use it at al the shops I shop at and I get money back I think it is the greatest thing in the world!.

This was my first time to order large items online. It was a very rewarding experience, especially the free shipping and the home delivery since I live more than an hour's drive from the closest Petsmart store. I do wish I had been able to use the coupon I have for a free toy (birthday gift) with a $15 purchase. It's printed on the card that it's good online or in-store but there's nowhere to enter it on the online order form. Also it would be real nice to get online discounts when ordering Authority dog food since it is Persmart's own brand. Loyalty should be rewarded. Overall, it was a good experience. We bought a pet gate now the dogs are where they are supposed to be and the kids toys are safe. The gate came in on time too. So all in all a very happy customer!!!.
