I used Orbitz to book my flights back and forth to Florida and for my rental car, which had the best, lowest rate. I had to call them with questions and found them to be very friendly and willing to help in any way. .

This is not the first time something bad happens. I booked a flight for my mom through Orbitz with Delta. I picked, delta, picked the time, paid. . . . the day of the trip comes and my mom was nowhere in Delta's database. . . luckyly, my mom has a friend that works at an airport. He found her!!! with American Airlines. How in the *** did this happened???? During the flight, my mom met a man with the same problem!!! Last year we booked a hotel through Orbitz. Based on the pictures, it looked nice. Once we got to th hotel, it was horrible!! It looked like a place where prostitutes conduct their services. The sheets had blood stains, the carpet was discusting!!!!! I contacted Orbitz and they said there was nothing they could do!!!! I am not going to use Orbitz ever again!!!! .

I didn't use Air, I used the hotel section.

After purchasing flight from AZ to OH, this website posted airfare $30 less than what I paid. I questioned their price guarantee and they replied it only applies if someone else purchases this exact flight at the lower price and then they would refund the difference. So much for booking early!.

Well lets see, I flew my son here to Ft. Lewis, May 18 th and it was a low far. He came here to help me move. So when i went to flight him back it was almost 400. 00 to send him back to Indiana, and was cheaper to flight him here to Ft. Lewis WA whats up with that?It was only 170. 00? .

Orbitz experience was great; the slow service at Thrifty car rental is another horror story. .

Booked a hotel room in another state. Requested a non smoking room. Upon arrival (Comfort Inn) was placed in a VERY strong smelling smoking room. Went to desk to have them change my room and was refused. They claim Orbitz fault, and when I spoke to Orbitz, they claim not there fault. Guess it was mine for booking with Orbitz and Comfort Inn. .

I love Orbitz. I always use them for my travel plans. Great customer service!.
