Great program, takes some time to figure out what foods are best for your (convenience, taste) and portion control, i have learned so much about eating frequently so i don't overeat at the end of the day. If you have a busy life and care more about loosing weight than it tasting greasy this will work for you. .

The food is very tasty and priced well. Good portion sizes. So easy to lose weight, because there's so much food and it all tastes so good!!.

I was on N. S. a few years back. . . and it was horrible. All of the food tasted like food that's used to supply a natural disaster survival kit. HOWEVER. . . N. S. must have done a complete overhaul of their menu, and now the food is fantastic. . . plus, N. S. now has frozen foods that are like frozen TV dinners, and they are awesome. When you eat most diet food, you can taste the difference. . . but not with N. S. 's new foods. I don't know what they changed, but they did a great job. ONE THING TO BE CAREFUL OF. . . . I ordered online, and apparently I had done the process wrong. Right from the get-go I was not able to log onto the website and start my ''online'' counseling and progress tracking. . . and when the food got here. . . it was all wrong. I can't blame this on N. S. because it was my fault. . . and N. S. was excellent about helping me solve my problems. All I had to do was (out of the 28 day supply that I already had) take out 1 weeks worth of food from the box that I did like. . . and send the rest back. Fed-ex was back to my house the very next day to pick up the incorrect order. . . and in the mean time, I started my N. S. diet. Five days later, my correct order arrived at my door. . . and all is great now. I have been on the diet for 6 days, and I have lost 15 lbs. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME ORDERING. . . . I suggest you CALL THE 1-800 CUSTOMER SERVICE #. . . and make sure that you place your order correctly with a customer service agent. . . . Just in case! One last thing. . . I highly suggest that order the most expensive (Chef prepared Frozen meals) package. . . .

I will be starting the program after our vacation. Ask me after Feb. 21. .
