I purchased estate skin care and add gift with purches in my order received order confirmation but when product arrived it come with out gift set. I call customer service they said it they sold out. If your don't have any more gift set please let your customer know before place and order. .

I ordered a beautiful pink dress as a gift for my daughter celebrating her 4 yr anniversary as a breast cancer survivor. When the box arrived at her home it contained purple Nike shorts! The UPC code on the bag the shorts were in was correct for the dress---can't imagine how this mixup happened ,but worse, when I called about the problem the dress was no longer available. So what should have been special turned into a huge disappointment. Won't be ordering online again anytime soon. .

i loved all the free item i received but was disappointed when i received the package with the item i had paid for. the box containing the blush i had ordered was empty except for the instructions. when i contacted customer service, they were very helpful and resent my order immediately. .
