Shipment was ready but the store was a mess!!
I normally don't shop at Kmart so did not know what to expect, the store itself was dreary and oddly stocked and a complete mess (and that's just from walking in the door and going to customer service - imagine what the rest of the store looked like). That aside, I had gone to pick up an order which had been pulled and ready when I got there. The service was good. And I would probably use Gofer again. .

Fast Shipment, Easy Order, Great Prices
I had a great experience with MyGofer. I order a couple packages of Pampers. The prices were reasonable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the shipping is too steep, if you don't ship to store. The closest ship to store was 30 miles away. .

I bought some items on mygpfer but requested to pick it up at kmart. when i got to kmart the customer service was very rude on the side of that she charged me extra for my items. even my confirmation said the price i was expected but she charged me a dollar extra for my items. i'm extremely disappointed usually i'd give you and just not buy it but i thought it's ok as long as i get my catalina, well, my catalina what not working either so that made it worst. I ALWAYS HAVE BAD EXPERIENCE AT KMART.
