We ordered the blue backpack carrying case for my son's leap pad. It arrived quickly, but the colors were not the same as shown on the website. The zipper looks blue online, but it is actually purple (which is great for a girl). The backpack has enough room for the leap pad, the charger, and several games. Aside from the inconsistency with the coloring, it is ideal for keeping everything together. .

It was annoying that I could not use my credit card to pay for my purchase because there was already a gift card attached to the account (it was a gift for my niece and the gift card was hers). So after it used the gift card I had to purchase a gift card for an amount that was more than I was going to spend. Otherwise the site was easy to use to preview the products and purchase items. .

i purchased a downloadable code for the App store i usally just use my card in the app store but decided to get a code just for the ''cash back'' it was very easy code emailed right away. Always a fan leap frog.

I ordered a stylus, and was charged $6. 95 for ground shipping. After 2 weeks and no item, and UPS shipping saying item not received I called. Took over 10 minutes for me to get the rep to understand that UPS never scanned in my order. Finally rep said she would esclate to her supervisor to call me back. In the meantime I emailed hoping for better luck, and several days later I recieved a response that they were reshipping order. I recieved stylus several days later through USPS with a 60 cent postage stamp on the envelope. The styluses were not even in a retail package just tossed in the envelope. I emailed a request to have shipping refunded as I paid for UPS ground shipping and they mailed usps for 10% of what I paid for shipping and took 3 weeks to get. No response. .
