Boots were so cute, but a bit to tight. . The exchange process was horrible! Not sure if I will do this again, the boot I wanted to exchange to was not in a local store. . . so that even made things more difficult, and the cost of returns and shipping ate any savings that would have made the purchase a good deal!.

And my items are just as seen online, I have never had a problem with getting what I want from Kmart, I use to shop at Kohl's, JcPenney's first but I can get the same products at Kmart they always seem to have my size in clothes, shoes.
