I've shopped at Bank's for about 3years now, always in store. This Christmas, I was so strapped for time I availed myself of the convenience of online shopping and some great prices. I ordered 2 Signature Gold suits. The first was shipped within 2 days of the order. The second was to have been shipped by 12/23; I'm still waiting. Two calls to customer service have produced no satisfactory results other than '' Be patient, please''. I'm happy with the quality of the suit I received, it's the 4th I've purchased. But, I'll need to return for a different color because it looks almost identical to a suit in my closet. I won't buy another suit online unless I research it in-store 1st; it's just too tough to tell the color. I'm a committed JAB customer. I guess I just prefer brick and mortar for some things. .
