the item I received was fine. But you used FEDEX to ship it. they threw my light into a tree. the box was damaged but the light was fine. it was 2 days past when they said it would be here. because you use fedex to ship we will not order from you again. .

It does not matter how obscure an item is that we are searching for we have always found it at JC Whitney. We have always gotten great service, good prices, fast shipping and just what we needed. We love JC Whitney and would recommend them to anyone. .

recieved on time, one fan had broken lead but I rewired for my application. The fans are noisier than the originals but work fine. .

I usually have no problems with JC Whitney, but on this occasion we did, we ordered a product, waited 3 weeks, then received an email telling us the product did not come in and would ship in a week, 2 weeks later I go online and web chat, come to find out the product still did not come in and would be another month. I canceled order, went online found the product I needed and placed an order, got products 4 days later. Now this company went directly to the distributor, JC Whitney told me they did the same thing and could not get product, but yet the other company did?. . . . . . . .
