Insanely Worth It
The title to this workout is very true, but if you can get past that, this workout is worth it. My roommates and I decided to attempt Insanity 2 months before summer to be in our top shape for swim suit season. Being an athlete I am used to no pain no gain, but literally I thought I was going to die the first week. These workouts are INSANE! But by week two I felt stronger. By the third week I could get through 30 minutes without stopping and by week 4 I was smiling as Shaun T started the warm-up. My roommates and I didn’t follow the nutrition plan, but we still saw results. Our cores were stronger and flatter and I had arm muscle for the first time in a long time. If you are ready to get in a whole new type of shape then take the challenge it is totally worth it!.
