We stayed at the Hampton Inn, two miles from the casino where we saw a show. Location was perfect. Good value for the convenience Room was clean and comfortable. However, the customer service at the desk was not up to the usual high standards of the Hilton chain. Breakfast was mediocre, and there was a high degree of noise in the lobby late at night. Our room was over the gym, and we heard weights dropping at 7:30 AM. Have booked reservations through Hotels. com for a year. Good service!.

The reservation process was quick and easy and the hotel check-in was smooth and the room was available for check-in early. The room wa reasonably priced, the staff was friendly, the room spacious and well appointed. The great breakfast was served until well after 10:00 am. .

Everything was easy. Booked the room, printed out the reservation and we went on our trip. We LOVED the hotel and had an awesome time!!! :).

I have had a poor experience with hotels. com before and have not used them in a long time. I decided to give them another try for this trip. The experience was much better. The advertised rate was the same after I clicked on book this room and the room was exactly as pictured and expected. .

I stayed for 2 nights. I liked the price, but I don't think I will stay there next time. I realize that we needed a fridge and wifi but too tired to ask for them. I will research more to get better hotel choice available next time. .
