I love gardening and have been looking for some succulents for some terrariums and indoor gardens. I couldn't find much of a selection anywhere, but when I went to Home Depot they had a nice selection. I think every employee that I came across greeted me. A very nice experience. .

I placed 2 orders on Black Friday, one with a gift cards as payment & another with the remainder of the gift card & a credit card. The orders were not processed by HOme Depot until later & they processed them in reverse, so the gift card only order came up shorted funds & didn't process. I received notification by email & called in. They couldn't access my credit card info from the other order & I didn't have the card on me at work, so I was forced to call back. I called back after I was home & had my info only to be told that they couldn't just add payment, that they would cancel it & reorder. This was not what I was told on the 1st call. I was afraid I would lose my ''deals'' & the rep stayed on the phone while I tried to reorder. My order wouldn't go in for the rep or myself. Now I was told that the website was having maintenance & I needed to call back another day! So, on my 3rd call, they took a long while to process the order, but they did give me a little bit more off of my purchase for the inconvenience. I received the items I ordered quickly after the purchase was finalized, but due to the hassle, I think I probably wouldn't place another order online here again. I could have drove to the store & back in half of the time I spent on the phone trying to fix the online order. .
