In spite of the fact that I closed the order and didn't notice the ship to address was wrong Home Decorators was able to intercept the shipment and it was delivered to the correct address with only a 1 day delay!!.

I'm peeved! I ordered some shelving cubes for our kids playroom. The first shipment arrived and the box was obliterated. The contents were dirty and obvious fell out of box during transit. Called and was told someone would call about picking up the damaged merchandise. Nobody did. Right before I was about to call up again, another new, damaged shelving cubes arrive. Wa-hoo! Now I have 2 broken sets! Called and was told they would knock 11 bucks off the price and I could use both sets to construct one functional shelf. Yeah right. Are you kidding? I bought this to use when I move over the summer but now I have to try to forge through 2 boxes to make one unit? What a pain!.
