I ordered my costume online and according to the package the costume was the size I ordered but when I tried it on it didn't fit. I assumed that it was my fault and was told by the online cust service rep to return the one i ordered and to order a new one in a different size. Soon after ordering a different size, I read the tag on the costume and realized that it was the company's fault!! They had sent me the wrong size. Only after a very loooong conversation did the customer service rep agree to send me the correct size for free. She refused to cancel the one that I had just ordered, and therefore, was stuck paying for two costumes and expensive overnight shipping (was the week of halloween). It was a huge hassle! When I told the rep I was uhappy and unlikely to use their site again, she said, "That's fine" I do not recommend using Halloweenexpress. com!!
