We have been using a Expedia for years. The website is so easy to use, gives great options for all your travel needs, and the prices are very competitive. A couple of years ago we had to change our travel plans due to a family emergency - they were so helpful and kind. We will never forget that. Definitely recommend!.

I purchased a hotel from expedia inc. (through shopathome) and the 8% agreed cash back rate (there was a promo for 8% going on) was not honored. Instead, i was given maybe 3. 5% (which is less than what it is even today!). I've wrote an email to ShopAtHome and it's been a week, and no word. .

This was the worst car rental experience ever. Can now believe they are still in business there and that Expedia still uses them on their websites search. Paid $247 for rental period when quoted and confirmed at $77 total. Car was not ready and then took over 35 minutes for shuttle back to airport 1 mile away and almost caused me to miss my intl. flight back to USA. Avoid this sham !!.
