DOI has a vast inventory and great prices (much cheaper than retail!). I always receive my order incredibly quick - usually the next day. I'm rating them as 4 stars for the above. Every shipment I've received, it seems that boxes weren't packed well or need more bubble wrap in them. Things are smashed inside) product cartons, the wrapping around the reams of paper is ripped. If this wasn't an issue, DOI would def be a 5star rating from me!.
