I've had issues with Dell previously. I do not like the fact that I can only get ink for my Dell printer directly through them. Most of the customer service people I speak with have accents that make communication hard. The free shipping was a nice surprise but that does not address customer service. I think my Dell printer just broke so I probably will not have these issues any longer. Time for a new printer and pretty sure it won't be a Dell. .

The with the assurance that I can call with a problem and someone comes to my home for repair (a problem that I created) without waiting for days or sending the computer out is a big plus. On-line chat and service is phenomenal. For my grandsons I had also purchased 2 Dell laptops from Costco that had just what they needed for school. Go Dell!!!
