I love this site and the products they offer. However there shipping process leaves a lot to be desired, but they do tend to give out Free $20 credits pretty often. I've complained about the s&h before and was given a credit for my inconvenience. I also mention the s&h whenever I get one of their survey's. .
They do have nice buys, however, don't need to send something back, it takes forever, and I do mean forever. It's almost like they want you to forget. Just make real sure it's want you want. .

This website offers great deals, but the shipping is horrible. This is only good for purchasing things you do not need right away. It takes about three weeks for them to ship out your merchandise, plus then the actual shipping time. .
