S&H Could be better/faster
I love this site and the products they offer. However there shipping process leaves a lot to be desired, but they do tend to give out Free $20 credits pretty often. I've complained about the s&h before and was given a credit for my inconvenience. I also mention the s&h whenever I get one of their survey's. .

They do have nice buys, however, don't need to send something back, it takes forever, and I do mean forever. It's almost like they want you to forget. Just make real sure it's want you want. .

Great Prices, but that is it.
This website offers great deals, but the shipping is horrible. This is only good for purchasing things you do not need right away. It takes about three weeks for them to ship out your merchandise, plus then the actual shipping time. .

I look for certain things when I shop. What makes a good experience for me, is a great price, and free & fast shipping. Whether or not a company has the above, AFTER the sale is the most important thing. If there is a problem, do they work quickly to satisfy and rectify any problems. THEY DO!.

I really like Beyond the Rack. Everything I've purchased from them has arrived in a timely manner, packaged well and usually better quality than I had envisioned. It is some times difficult to scroll through all their offerings and I'd like to receive fewer emails. .
