Great deals but POOR customer service and quality check!!! Be aware!!!
I made my 1st purchase in Apr and bought a blue diamond ring for mother's day as I thought this is a bargain. However, upon receiving the ring, I found a few cracks/ scratches on a few of the stones and they are obvious even the stones are small. So I contacted 1SaleADay to see what they can do about this. The next day their CS replied and asked me to send her an image of the ring. So I took a picture and even circled where the cracks/ scratches are and sent it back to them. After a few days I finally got a VERY SIMPLE response today. What the CS said is that my ring is NOT defective and I don't qualify for a refund. That's it? OK if cracked diamonds are NOT defective I don't know what is. I mean diamonds are NOT supposedly cracked easily. And all I want is an exchange (but it's too late now I think) or a partial refund. I'm truly disappointed. Also needless to say, I haven't got my cashback from shopathome yet also. I usually get cashback fast from other online retailers. So now I've opened a dispute against them on PayPal and hopefully I can get a partial refund. This is the 1st time I've encountered such a lousy CS. .

Never disappointed!

I received a package with postage due. Plus they send out ''free'' junk that is JUNK and not worth even free. I was not pleased with them and will not ever buy from them again. .
