I have never been able to see anything on this site. I don't know why they keep sending alerts ESPECIALLY when the reviews for this site are abysmal!

I have attempted to log onto my ''mycigna.com'' claims website...do you think I can get to it? Oh, no. So far this morning I have tried SEVEN times - and I can only get to this MARKETING site to try and sell me an individual policy - my guess it is CIGNA's response to the ACA??? I am SO AGGRAVATED!!!!
I agree with Julie a one star is way to high, I just want to check my claims. This is just silly.
I waited over 55 minutes, afraid to hang up, finally got a person to tell me their system was being updated/down and she could not get in or help me. She would/could not take my name to call me back when system is was up! Suggested I call back and wait. Can't get into mycigna.com either. Unacceptable, really!
