If I could give this company a -5 rating i would! I do not live in California and ordered off their website. When I received the items I saw they were quite large for a large and I'm 5'8 and 147lbs. So I returned the items the next day and provided a tracking number. When they got the returns they told me I need to go back on their website and re-order to get a smaller size and would give me a coupon. I thought thats pretty strange cuz most companies would just send you a smaller size and not make you hunt down the items again and order. Well, as I try to place my order my items are out-of-stock in the sizes I need. I contact the company and they say well keep checking our website daily and cuz items are constantly updated and a few popular items are on backorder. Again very weird that I have to do so much legwork on a exchange for a new size and in a span of 2 or 3 weeks one part of the bikini would be in stock and then the other half out of stock!!! SO finally I emailed them again and said look Im not gonna keep jumping on ur website and ur items are instock one minute and then out the next and I cant even exchange my complete order!!! Long story short filed a dispute with credit card company and although they think that is strange business practices and agree with me we are now entering month 2 trying to dispute the fees and hoping that the vendor will just refund my account!!!!! BUYER BEWARE--CHYNNA DOLLS ORDERING ONLINE IS A RAW DEAL AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE TO HELP AFTERWARDS!!!!!!!
