I arrived at Cedar Point last summer with my two best friends. We landed in Sandusky right before the gates were opened and gained the early arrival discounted day pass ticket price of $34 – usually a $40 entry free. Although lines were lengthy, almost every ride was worth the anticipated wait of excitement and anxiousness. It felt like every other rollercoaster, or ride that would swing you around in a box cart high above Lake Erie, was thrill-enthused and intense. We felt like children, running vigorously throughout the resort, sipping ginseng-infused energy drinks and after riding each adult rollercoaster, we either sprinted back in line or ran to the next ride we saw like six year olds at Disney World. When it came time for lunch, we entered an all you can eat buffet, which as intended, our childish antics flourished while plopping macaroni and cheese, ice cream, barbecue and fruit salad onto our plates. I had an amazing time at Cedar Point, in order to get the best deal; you might want to make a vacation out of it. Purchasing a resort package or earning an early entry fee is a guaranteed low-priced for all the fun that is abound! I highly recommend hitting up the Rollercoaster Capital of the World, no matter the age of your group attendees.
