This weekend, why not try our pizza recipe? It is quick, nutritious and you can easily feed your entire family for under $5 a plate!
Ingredients
1 pizza crust (make your own or buy whatever is on sale)
Pillsbury Pizza Crust Coupon
Sauce - pasta sauce is delicious on pizza!
Grated cheese (grate your own to save money, or use one of our cheese coupons)
Your choice of toppings.
Here are some ideas:
Asparagus is in season and is a nutritious addition to pizza
Turkey pepperoni – a great alternative to traditional pepperoni – add protein and less fat!
Dried oregano – it adds flavors without calories!

Directions:
Pre heat oven to 452 degrees.
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
Roll out pizza dough and place on cookie sheet.
Spread sauce over dough.
Add grated cheese and toppings.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Bake until crust begins to brown.

Serve with a side salad with light dressing for a well-balanced meal!
