This diet website is very unique and unlike any I have stumbled across before. After getting past the short video at the top of the home page, the website is more of a blog/question answering forum to help individuals in their dieting process. Beyond Diet stresses five seminal foods you should never eat and provides a short quiz about your own dieting knowledge. Its motto is for healthier living and eating, one I find highly encouraging. Another great facet of this website is its recipe section. Along the lines of the blog/forum like atmosphere, users can upload recipes that fit within the diet’s standards, providing newcomers with helpful tips for success, while the website itself promotes a “recipe of the week.” When you sign up for their emails, you will receive a free newsletter that consists of recipes, diet information, and health advice. I found this website to be a healthy alternative to the dieting pills so popularly promoted on television and the internet.
