ShopAtHome.com begins their year long 20th anniversary celebration with daily $100 giveaways
DENVER, May 12, 2006 – From May 22 through June 10, 2006, ShopAtHome.com's Platinum members can register
for daily $100 prizes in the ShopAtHome 20th Anniversary Sweepstakes. “We want to celebrate our twentieth
anniversary by sharing with our valued customers,” said CEO Marc Braunstein. “Every day for 20 days,
Platinum members will be eligible for cash prizes as well as the great deals they've always enjoyed
from more than 1,500 merchants. This is our way of giving back to the loyal shoppers who have helped us
become the number-one discount shopping and catalog Web site.”
How it works
A free Platinum membership is required for entry. Shoppers must register on the ShopAtHome.com site every day,
but no purchase is necessary. Winners will be chosen randomly at the end of each business day, and each
daily winner will receive a $100 check. This daily give away is the first of three contests and special
features that ShopAtHome.com will be promoting this year to celebrate their 20th anniversary.
In June, ShopAtHome.com will host a contest to find the best anniversary story from their members.
Other members will vote on the best story and the Grand Prize winner will receive a second honeymoon
package to Hawaii including airfare for two and hotel for six nights, courtesy of leading discount
travel site and Platinum sponsor Hotwire.com.
ShopAtHome will end their anniversary celebration offering triple cash back at select stores from
November 24th through December 16th, 2006.
