Love the product,hate the service. Got the next shipment in 4 weeks, in spite of having changed the delivery time online to 16 weeks. Was told that the website doesn't always work.
Online store is not very user friendly.

I find it hard to look back at my prior orders, and I do not like that automatic ordering is your only option. I have been pleased with the product, though. .
