I ordered 2 items for Christmas the first week of Dec. The item was supposedly in stock. 4-5 days later I get an e-mail saying the item comes straight from the maker and it may be up to 3 weeks before I receive it. THEN the Saturday before Christmas I receive a call saying that one of the items is no longer available in the color I ordered it. I changed items had them double check to make sure they had it and then had to ask them to upgrade the postage to Next day air (so I would have by Christmas). Which I felt they should have offerred instead of me asking for it to only now find out (Monday Before Christmas) that the item isn't really in stock. I had located the item in another store on Sat. and could have received it by Christmas but the girl had assured me that Luggage Pros had it so I went with them since my original order had been placed with them to now have no gift for my college child under the tree. Do NOT trust the Customer Service here!!! Burn me once shame on them, burn me twice shame on me!!!!
