My husband has been using his contacts from lens.com for already 2 years, and it saves a lot of money compared to the other stores, before he was just using weekly contacts, but now that he found cheaper dailies contact, then he switch to it and no worry to wash in wear again. Right now he just need to wear it once and throw it away in same day.

I am very sorry I did not do a better job of researchiung this company before I ordered. There are seveal complaints about them. I ordered my contacts and when they didn't come in the time period given, I e-mailed them. When I didn't, receive an answer. ! was told they had to wait longer for these particular lenses. They finally arrived on 2/4. I was told by my eye doctor that these were two week lenses. By February 25 I had used four of each lens, that is in less than 3 weeks. I e-mailed them and this time received a response which said a representative was being given my inquiry and I would get an e-mail. I received an e-mail from Mandy at Customer Service that said I should call customer service. When I called, the agent I spoke to said there was no information. I told her that was impossible as I was given a refernce number for this problem. She then said to me that it wasn't a reference number. She put me on hold for several minutes and when she came back again told me it wasn't a reference number but now she had the e-mails. She said I would have to call back. I told her they must have known what they were going to do if I was told to call and I asked to speak to a supervisor, she again left me on the phone for several minute. She came back and told me the supervivor was not in. I said there must be someone there in a higher capacity that her. I said I wanted to speak to Mandy, who was the one who had signed the e-mail that told me to call. She told me too many people worked there for her to locate Mandy. I again said that I wanted to speak to someone in higher authority. I was again left on the phone and finally a voice came on who said she was Mandy. She asked me if I had kept the lenses that had torn. I said no, I did have the one from that morning. She said she could only give me credit for the unused lens I had if I dodn't have the others to send back. She told me that is there policy and it is on the invoice and packing slip. I said I did not see anything that said that and her response was, "how do we know you don't just still have the lenses and there was nothing wrong with them." This was accusing me of trying to commit fraud. She then told me she couldn't have the line tied up any longer as I was already on for 1/2 hour. When I started to say something, she HUNG UP! It was they who kept me on the line for 1/2 hour, which I really didn't have the time to be on that llong. /it does not say anything anywhere about keeping lenses to send them back. When I went to find out who there owner or CEO was I find several complaints about this company.
