I purchased a LG phone from E-COST and it was scratched up and did not work. When I called E-COST they told me I had to call LG. I did and E-Cost still has not replaced my phone. I paid for an extra warranty and overnight shipping. It has been 2 weeks and every time I call they tell me to wait 1-3 more days and they will not let me speak to a supervisor. This website has the worst customer service I have ever seen. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM E-COST!!!!!

I was too late to cancel it and they will not take it as a return, or even as an exchange for the item I meant to buy... eventhough it is more expensive the the one I got by error.
