Great dress: fi, color, style were right on, but it took the company over a month to mail it! Once I began worrying that it wouldn't arrive for Christmas--although the site guaranteed it would be on time--I emailed a request for information on shipping, and the reply was that there was no guarantee. (?!)
Luckily, before I had time to cancel the order, I received another email that it had shipped...it arrived, and as mentioned, is perfect: my daughter (HS senior) loves it.
Now if they can just work on the shipping/communication/guarantee issues...?

Order came in 2 parts. Had to return both due to wrong sizes even though we followed the guidelines in the catalog. Can't return to a local store for an even exchange. Have to return item, wait for credit and then re-purchase at store.
