The selection was great, I bought Recaro Signo car seat for almost $100 less then everywhere else, also was able to use a coupon for another 20% off. The only thing that I didn't like just as the another reviewer mentioned is that I didn't get any tracking number, though I received the order confirmation right away. The delivery time was also good. I ordered late Friday, so week end doesn't count and on Wednsday I already received it. So overall great website. 4 stars because I didn't recive the tracking number and they didn't have it on the web either like every other web site does.
Shopping on your site was definitely easy. The one thing that I did not like was usually you get an email notification when your item you purchased is being shipped to the recipient, but that I did not get. I had to keep asking my niece if she had received any packages lately. This was inconvenient because she did know that they were coming, but with an email telling me when you all were shipping the items, I would have been able to tell her when to expect them. You didn't even send a confirmation of my order to my email....which, I will say is quite disappointing. I shop online a fair amount and all the places that I shop send a confirmation email along with the items purchased and the amount, and then they tell you when they are shipped. This is something you may want to look into. Also, who knows, maybe it was an oversite on your part ...and the email was sent but not ever received.
