I always get good service from ABE books. In this transaction the books sent were not International Collectors and so I wrote to the seller. They immediately wrote back and credited the amount back to my credit card. In addition, they told me to keep the books sent and that they would look for the International Collectors copies of the books I ordered, which they did, and then sent on the one I ordered, free of charge.
